Assistant Project Superintendent |

Description: |
Construction Superintendent for supervision of exterior trades for a large, multi-structure, highest quality and detailed project. You will facilitate, organize, and coordinate the many related tasks of the civil plans, structural plans, and utility plans. Minimum ten years experience in very high projects. Job responsibilites include reviewing all work on a daily basis to assure that the Subcontractors are performing their work in strict accordance with plan documents and permitting agencies.
Plan and review the project work with the Project Superintendent and General Contractor. Preparing work schedules and keeping them updated. Providing daily notes for review by Project Superintendent and General Contractor.
Assisting the Project Superintendent in scheduling and expediting the delivery of materials and equipment from the respective Subcontractors for their timely on-site delivery and placement.
Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be fluent in Microsoft Project. Must be able to thoroughly communicate with General Contractor, Subcontractors, Vendors, and Owner and Owner’s Representatives. General knowledge of Contracts, Change Orders, RFIs, and other construction industry forms. Attention to detail is imperative. We are looking for a high quality finished product. Must be organized and able to follow through on outstanding items.
Very high end residential experience a MUST.
